RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING SALARIES FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Charter authority of the City of
Palo Alto, the salaries of Council Appointed Officers shall be as set
forth in Exhibit ~A· attached hereto effective the pay period includ-
ing June 27, 1981.
SECTION 2. Said salaries shall be a part of the Management Com-
pensation Plan which shall be continued in all other respects.
SECTION 3. The City Controller hereby is authorized to :i..mple-
ment the salaries set forth in Section 1 above in his preparation of
forthcoming payrolls and to make retroactive adjustments as required.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the Cafffornia Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental impact assessment is necessary.
