RESOLUTION NO. 5939
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5928 TO RESCHEDULE THE PUBLIC
HEARING DATE FOR ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY
DISTRICT NO. 23
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto adopted Resolution
No. 5928 at its meeting of June 22, 1981; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 5928 set Monday, August 3, 1981, at
the hour of 7:30 p.m. as the time for public hearing for the purpose
of establishing Underground Utility District No. 231 and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City Council meeting
scheduled for August 3, 1981, will be cancelled1
NOW, THE~EFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 5928 be amended to re-schedule
the public hearing for the purpose of establishing Underground
Utility District No. 23 on August 10, 1981, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.
in the regular meeting place of said City Council, City Ball, 250
Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, Califo~nia.
