RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THTY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
PERSONNEL (SEIU) AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5793
AND AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5901
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 5793 and amended by Resolution No. 5901 as
to classified personnel hereby is a amended as a result of the adop-
tion of the 1981-82 budget~
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution No.
5793 as amended by Resolution No. 5901 as to classified personnel
hereby is ame'nded as set forth in Exhibit •A• attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and pro-
visions of Resolution No. 5793 as amended by Resolution No. 5901
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the Calffornia Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental impact assessment is necessary.
