RESOLUTION NO. 5937
RESOLUTION O! THE COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT
PERSONNEL AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5833
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 5833 as to management personnel hereby is a
amended as a result of the adoption of the 1981-82 budget.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution No.
5833 as to management personnel hereby is amended as set forth in
Exhibit "A• attached hereto and inco~porated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and pro-
visions of Resolution No. 5833 shall remain in full force and ef-
fect.
SECTION 4. ~he Council finds that this is not a project under
the Californfa Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental impact assessment is necessary.
