RESOLUTION NO. 5935 -
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING UTILITY RULE AND REGULATION NO. 1 OF THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Rule and Regulation No. 1 is amended to read as set
forth in Exhibit •A" attached hereto and by this reference incorpo-
rated herein.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution wifl have no significant adverse environmental impact.
