RESOLUTION NO. 5933
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~LO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, .-.ND R-4
OF THE CITY OF PALO AI.TO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTIO~ 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Munici-
pal Code, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, and R-4 (Domestic Refuse
Collection, Refuse Collection, Commercial Refuse Collection-Special
Containers: Commercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Containers and
Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges
are hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets 127k, (delete 127.1k)
128e, 129k, 130e, 130. le, and 131 i, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of said
rates and the revenues derived therefrom shall be used only for the
purposes set out in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article VII, Section 2,
entitled, nPub1 :c Utilities Revenue." The adoption of said rates is
specifically exempted from the requirements of CEQA under Public Re-
sources Code Section 21080(b)(8).
