RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THEf'i'Y OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES S-1 AND S-2 OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO
DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL SEWEAGE COLLECTION AND
DISr05AL RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.200010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules s-1 (Domestic Sewage Co~lection and Dis-
posal) and S-2 {Commercial Sewage Collection and Disposal) of the
Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as
shown on Sheets 121i, 123.1c, and 123k respectively, attached hereto
and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. This Council finds that the revenue derived from the authorize~ adjustments of said rates by the City Manager shall be
used only for the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter,
Article VII, Section 2, entitled •public Utilities Revenue.• The
adoption of this resolution is, therefore, specifically exempted un-
der P~blic Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements
of CEQA.
SECTION 3. The foregoing changes shall become effective July 1,
1981.
