RESOLUTION NO. 5929
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FEES FOR THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the prov1s1ons of Section 1.08.110
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, this Council has considered fees for
the City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SBCTION 1. The Council hereby approves the fees for the City of
Palo Aito Municipal Golf Course which are set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City Man-
ager is directed to cause implementation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolu-
tion is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act
and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
