A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER 1S REPORT
AHO ASSESSl£NT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, ~a11fornia, that
lliEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer• s Report and assessment ro 11 pl"epa.red by app 11 cat ion of a revised
benefit fon111la for the fisca.1 year 1981-82 to pay the costs of maintenance
and operation of offstreet parking facilities for the California Avenue Area
Offstreet Parking Maintenance District created pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No.. 5353, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
February 14, 1977;
~EREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking maintenance district; has heard all
objections, protests or other written conanunications from any persons
interested in the real property w1thin said distr'ict, has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informal ;t;es in the report
and reviSed and corrected any of the acts or detena; nations of the var1 ous
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
NCM, THEREFORE1 IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of
the assessments t~:rein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed-
2. That said report together with the certificate of the City
Clerk laS to the fact and date of approval by this council. shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shal 1

cause to be posted to the tax rolls, 1n the coltnn provided therefor, the
aaount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for sa1d
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
