A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSIENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 65-9

ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 1981-82 to
pay the pi"incipal and interest on bonds 1ssued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3950, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on January
3, 1967;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard al 1 persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking assessment district; has heard all
objections, protests or othur written ctmr.Unications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained fn sa1d
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or 1nfonnalitf es in the report

and rev~ sed i.1d corrected any of the acts or determinations of the va~ious
City officials as contained th~rein; and is fully informed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of .
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together w1th the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approva 1 by this Council, shall forthwith be •
delivered to the County of Santa L Iara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the colt.111n provided therefor, the
E!Ount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for said
fisca 1 year as set forth in said report as confirmed.

a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Counci 1 of the City of Palo Alto,
