A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL

PROJECT NO. 75-63
RESOLVED, by the Council of t~e City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS. after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a pub11c hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the f1scal year 1981-82 to
pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Council of the City ~f Palo Alto on August
9, 1976;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all p1?rsons having an interest in any
real property within the: parking assessment district; has heard all
objections, protests or ~ther written conrnunications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contair.ed in said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or infonnz.11ties in thie report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determinatior s of the various
City off1c1als as contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
N<M, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: ·
l. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approv~d and
confirmed.
2. That· said report together with the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by th1s Council, shall forthwith be
dE:l1vered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the colt.ml provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confinned.
