RESOLUTION NO. 5923
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER 1 S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA CIVIC CENTER OFFSTREn PARKING
PROJECT HO. 66-8
RESOLVED, by the Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after p\"'oceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 1981-82 to
pay ttie principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intent'.on No. 3896, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo ~.lto on June
13, 1966;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
real propert~ within the parking assessment district; has hea.,..1 an
o~jections, protests or other written c011111Jnications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has ta.ken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in sa'id
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informalities in the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer•s Report and assessment rol 1, and each of
the assessments therefn as duly revised and corrected, is her2by approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate of the City
' Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Council, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shal 1
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the column pY-ovided therefor, the
amount of each ot the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
