RESOLUTION NO. 5922
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT PER-
SONNEL AND COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS AS ADOPTED BY
RESOf.UTION NO. 5833 AND AMENDING THE COMPENSATION
PLAN FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL AS ADOPTED SY
RESOLUTION NO. 5865
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plans
adopted by Resolution No. 5833 as to management personnel, and Reso-
lution No. 5865 as to Fire Department personnel, hereby are amended
effective July 11, 1981.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan adopted by Resolutio;. No. 5833
as to management personnel hereby is amended by deletir.g Section
II.E, Uniform Allowance, therefrnm.
SECTION 3. The Compensation Plan adopted by Resolution No. 5865
as to Fire Department personnel hereby is amended by deleting Section
II.G, Uniform Allowance, therefrom.
SECTION 4. Except as amende1, herein all of the terms and pro-
visions of Resolution No. 5833 as to management personnel, and Reso-
lution No. 5667 as to Fire Department personnel shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 5. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the Californi~ Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental impact assessment is necessary.
