RESOLUTION NO. 5920
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS -UNIVERSITY
AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 52-14
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5908 of this Council, adopt-
ed on May 11, 1981, notice has been duly given of the intention of
this Council to make changes and modifications in the proceedings
under and pursuant to those documents creating the assessment dis-
trict; and
WHEREAS, all persons desiring to be heard were given an opp0r-
tunity to be heard and all matters and things pert~ining to said
changes and modifications were fully heard and considered by this
Council1 and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the proposed exchange
of lots is in the best interests of the assessment district and the
citizens of Palo Alto and has further determined that the lots which
the City is receiving in the exchange are of equal or greater value
and use than those lots being relinquished;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1 ~
overruled.
All protests and objections be and they are hereby
SECTION 2e The changes and modifications in the proceeding
under said riesoluticn of Intention No. 590S be made.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is authorizd to execute the exchange
agreement upon being informed by the Real Property Administrator of
City that all of the modifications that are required by the plans
approved by the City hav~ beer. performed by Northern California
Savings and have been accepted by City.
