HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5914. . , ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5914 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CifY OF PALO ALTO DETERMINING PROPERTIES ELECTING TO PAY COST OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 22 The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. The properties set forth in Exhibit •A• attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are owned by persons who have exercised the option to pay the cost of converting electric service connections to underground locations over a period of five (5) years, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.16.091 and 12.16.097, inclusive, of the Palo Alto Municipal Code. SECTION 2. The base cost of such conversion as set forth in Exhibit 1 A1 shall be paid by the City to said owners, respectively, upon completion of the underground construction work on said respective parcels subject to payment by said owners of the special assessment, all in the manner set forth in said code. SECTION 3. The Council finds that none of the provisions of this resolution ~ill have a significant adverse environmental impact.
