RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THEY OF PALO ALTO
ORDERING CHANGES ANU MODIFICATIONS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 75-636
$175,000 BONDS OF 1980
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5899 of this Council adopted
on April 6, 1981, notice has been duly given of the intention of this
Council to make changes and modifications in the proceedings under
and pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5242, adopted by this
Council on August 9, 19761 and
WHEREAS all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportu-
nity to be heard and all matters and things pertaining to said
changes and modifications were fully heard and considered by this
Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that:
SECTION 1. All protests and objections be and they are hereby
overruled.
SECTION 2. The changes and modifications in the proceeding un-
der said Resolution of Intention be made and had or as more particu-
larly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 5899 adopted by
this Council on April 6, 1981.
