ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5890 RESOLUTION OP TUE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CITY RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 34090 WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved, in writing, the complete list of files proposed to be destroyed, which is attached hereto as Exhibit •A• as required in Government Code Section 340901 NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Al to does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. 'l'he City Clerk, or her designated reprasentative is authorized to destroy the records as detailed on Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth.
