preservin'.j the Veterans Memorial Building \/ill not be iriconsistent with the
Land Consf'n·Jtfon Act of 1965 or dmendments thereto; 2nd
B. the partial cancel1ation of the agricultural preserve for the purpose of
preserving the Veterans Memorial Building will be in the ruhlic ~ritf'rest.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Polo Alto hereby certifiP<; cancellation
of that portion of the agricultural preserve established by Resolution 4701 as
described in the attdched Exhibit A.
SECTION J. The City Cl erk is directed to perform any act necessary for· the
attestation of the contract and filing of this Resolution and of any docunent or
certificate relating hereto as may be required by law.
