A RESOLUTION OETERMIICIBG THAT BORDS BE
PUJ.CBASED BY THE CITY
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 20
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has detencined to issue bonds to represent unpaid
asse~sments levied to secure the cost of utility service connections to serve
properties within Underground Utility District No. 20;
NOW, THEREF01t.E, IT IS OBDER&D that eaid bonds be puTcha$ed by the City
at a pTice of par with an intereat rate of 7 .05%, computed pursuant to the
provisions of Section 11.16.096 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code; that the City
Treasurer is hereby authorizEd and directed to cause said bonds to be printed
and to be deposited vith the City in exchange for the purchase price thereof.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Califotbia, at a lm!eting thereof held on the 2 day of February , 1981,
