RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO BY AMENDING
THE L \ND USE DES IG'NATION OF PROPERTY AT 316 3-319 7
MIDDLEFIELD ROAD
WHEREAS, the Planninq Commission has conducted a review and on
September 29, 1982, October 27, 1982 and December 1, 1982, h'-~ld a
properly-noticed public hearinq to consider a~endment of the Palo Alto
Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the C~ty of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
$ECTION 1. The Council finds that chanqed conditions and the
publfc interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby ~nds ~~e Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan as follovs:
•Land use Plan Map
a. Chang& the land use designation of property at
31'63-3197 Middlefield Road from Multiple-
Fasily Residential to Neighborhood CoJIJllercial,
as shown on a map attached hereto as Exhibit •A•.•
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact~
