RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO WILLIAM BLYTHE
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, William Blythe has served the City of Palo Alto as a member
of the Architectural Review Board from October 1, 1979 to September 30, 1982;
and;
WHEREASt William Blythe has given unselfishly of his time, talents and
professional abilities to assist in guiding growth and development of the City
in the best interests of the total cOfTlllunity; and
WHEREAS, William Bl.vthe has made a significant personal contribution
to the corrrnunity through his diligent and conscientious efforts as a member of
the Architectural Review Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Qf Paln Alto wishes to recognize the ~ervice of
William Blythe;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLvEO that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation, as well as the
appreciation of the citizens of the comnunity, for outstanding public service
rendered by William Blythe.
