UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISRICT NO. 22

RESOLVED, .by the Council of the City of Palo Alto. Cal 1fornia, that
WHEREAS. this Council has determined to issue bonds to represent unp~1d
assesments levied to secure the cost of uti 1 ity service connections to serve
properties within Underground Utility District No. 22;
NCM, THEREFORE, IT IS ~OERED that said bonds be purchased by the City
at a price of par with an interest rate of 9.60%, computed pursuant to the
provisions of Section 12.16.096 of the Palo Alto MJnfcfpal Code; ~nd that the
City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to cause said bonds to be
pr1nted and to be deposited with the City in exchange for the purchase price
thereof.
