ANO ASSESSft'ENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY A\~NUE AREA CIVIC CENTER Off STREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 66-08
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto ~nicipal Codt;, a sub11c hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer 1s Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 1982~83 to
pay the princ~;!.1 and interest on boods issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3896, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on June
13, 1966;
WHEREAS, this Council ha.s heard all perscns having an interest 1n any
real property within the parking assesS111ent district; has heard all
objections, protests or other written c01111Unications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken and received
oral and dc::umentary e'Jidence pertaining to tile :natters contained in said
report; has retledisl and corrected any errors OI' informalities in the report
and rev 1 sed and corrected any of the acts or determinat 1 ons of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully infonaed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFtRE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That sa 1 d Engineer• s Report and assessment ro 11. and edch of
the assessments therein as duly rev1sed and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2s That said report tosether witi1 the cert1f~cate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by tMs Counc1 l, shall forthwith be
de11ver8fj to the County of Santa Clara. and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to u~ tu rolls, 1n the colt.nn provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected fer said
fiscal ya•' u set forth tn said report as ccnf1n11ad.
