A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING El«iINEER 1 S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT R<l.L

ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
W~EREAS, after proceedings to that end ci!,ly hat1 and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Mun1c1pal Code" a public hearing has been duly held on the
En!Ji~eer's Report and assessmer.t roll prepared for the fiscal year 1982--83 to
r>aY the principal and interest oo bonds issued pe1rsuant to Reso1ut1m of
Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto m. August
9, 1976;
WHEREAS, this Counci 1 has heard all persons having an interest in any
rea 1 property within the parking assessment district; has heard all
objections, protests or other written coaam1cations fTOIB any pe"sons
interested in the ree& 1 property within said district; has taken and received
oral and doCumentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied an:I corrected my errors ar informalities 1n the report
and revised and corrected any of the ~ts· or deteneinatfons of the various
C1ty officials as contained therein; and fs fully informed fn the premises;
N<M, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assesaaent roll, and each of
the asses511~ts therein a.~ du1y revised and corrected, 1 s hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate of the Ctty
Clerk as to the f.a and da_te of asr.:: ;~val by this Counci 1, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, 1n the colUlll'I prov~ded therefor, the
amount of ea.eh ~f the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for sa1d
