RESOLVED, by the Councii of the Ctty of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end cllly had and tak~ pursuant to
the Palo Alto ttmicipa.1 Code, a public hearing has been duly held m the
Engineer's Report and assess.nt roll prepared fc.a the fiscal year 1982-83 to
pay the principal al'll interest m bot'lis issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No .. 3950, adopted by the Council of the Ctty of Palo Alto on January
3, 1967;
WHEREAS, th1s Council has heard all persons having an interest 1n •Y

interested in the real propert;y within said district; has taken am received
