RESOLVED~ by tne Council of the City of Palo Alto, Califoni1a, that
WHEREAS 11 after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Pa lo Alto Municipal Code:, a public hear1n9 has beui duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 198Z-83 to
pay the principal and interest an bonds issued pursuant to Resoluticn ·of
Intention No. 4993, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Al to on
Seµtember 10, 1974;
WHEREAS, this Counc i 1 has heard a 11 persons hav 1 ng an interest t n. any
real property within the parkfog assessment tHstt"ict; has heard all
objections, protests or other written coamun1cations from any persons
interested in the rea 1 pf(l~.~.r.ty within said d1 strict; has taken and received
oral and doc1.amentary evidence pr:t.aining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and c'lrrxted ilflY errors or 1nfon11alities 1h the report
and revised and corrected any of the a:ts or detenai nat 1 ons of the var 1ous
City offidals ·as contained therein; and is fully infonaed 1n the premises;

2. That said report together with the cert~ficate of the City
Clerk as to the fact am date of approval by this Counci 1, shall forthwith be
delivered tc the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls. in the eolian provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected far said
fiscal yer as set forth in said report as c.onf1rmed.
