RESOLVED, by the Council af the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceed·;ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuar.t to
the Palo Alto Municipal Cade, a pub He hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report a.nd assessment rol 1 prepared by app11cati on of a revised
benefit formula fer-the fiscal year 1982-S-1 to pay the costs of 111aintenance
aoo operation of offstreet parking fac111t1es for the Califom1a Avenue Area
Offstreet Parking Maintenance District created pursuant to ~~solution of
Intention No. 5343. adopted by the Coundl of the City of Pi\lo Alto on
February 14, 1977;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking maintenance district; has heard all
objections. protests ar other written ccmnunicat1ons from any p!rsons
interested in -i:he real property with1n said district, has taken and received
oral dfld documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors <I" informalities in the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or detenn1nat1ons of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
N<M, THEREFOt.E, IT IS ORDERED, as fol lows:
1. That sa 1 d Engineer's Report and assessment ro 11 0 and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, 1 s hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That sct1d report bgether with the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approv.-1 by this counci 1, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall

cause to be posted to the bx rolls, 1n the colwm provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collect~ for said
fiscal year as set forth 1n Sdid report as confirmed.
