RESOLUTION 6046
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING ITS DESIRE THAT CABLE TELEVISION PROGRAMMING
IN PALO ALTO BE CF THE BROADEST POSSIBLE RANGE
WHEREAS, the residents of the Ctty of Palo Alto have broad and diverse tastes and
interests; and
WHEREAS, Cable Telev1s1on progr-1ng should reflect the full range of those
interests; and
WHEREAS, there are many soph1st1cated potential viewers of Cable Television in
Palo Alto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE.SOLVED, that the Council of the City cf Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That Cable Television prograiam1ng in ?alo Alto should reflect broad
and diverse 1 nterests and tastes of the rest dents of the City of Palo Al to and
encompass the broC"d'.!!St avai 1 able spectrum of entertat mient and educational resources.
