AMENDING SCHEDULES W-5, G-5, E-5 AND S-S OF THE CIT¥ OF
PALO ALTO U~ILITI!6 RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO
WATER, GAS, BL!CTRIC AND SBWER tn'ILITY CONNECTION ~HARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follovas
SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 12.20.CHO of the Palo Alto
Municipal COde, Schedule• W-5 (Water Service), G-5 (Gas Service),
E-5 (Electric Service), and S-5 (Sewer Service) of the Palo Alto
Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on
•sheets 106d, 106.ld, 106.2d, 106.ld, 106.4d, 106.Sd, 106.6d,
106.7d, 106.Bd, lllj, 112j, 112.2, 1189, ll9g aHd 125h" attached
her&to and incorporated herein.
SECTION '· The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds
that the enactment of this resolution is not a ~project• under the
Califocnia Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ-
mental aaae••M•ht is fiecessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective July
l, 1982.
