Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3 and R-4 (Domestic Refuse Collection, Refuse Collection, Commercial Refuse Collec- tion-Special Containers: Commercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Containers and Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Otili- t ies Rates and Char-3eS are hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets 127m, 128g, 1:~9m, 1309, 130.lq, and 13lk, attached hereto. SECTION 2. Thu Council her~by finds thzit adoption of said rates and the revenues derived therefrom shall be used only for the purposes aet out in the Palo Al to City Charter, Article VII, Section 2, entitled, •Public Utilities Revenue•. The adoption of said rates is specif i.cally exempted from the requirements of CEOA under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8). INTRODUCED AND PASSED: June 21, 1982 AYES: NOES: Bechtel.
