The Council of the City of Palo Alto does tmSOLVB aa followsi SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section -12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal CO<le, Schedules S-1 (Domestic Sewage Collection and Dis- posal) and S-2 (Commercial Sewage Collection and Disposal) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on Sheets 121m, 1231, and 123.ld, respectively, attac~ed hereto mid incorporated herein. SECTION 2. Thia Council finds that the revenue derived froa the autborlz;id~adjust11ents of said ratas by the City llanager shall be used only for the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter 1 Artie!& V·II, Section 2, entitled •Public Utilities Reve- nue•. 'l'he adoption of this resolution is, therefore, specifically exempted under Public Resources Code Saction 2J080(b)(8) froa the requirements of CBQA. sgCTION 3.
