RESOLUTION NO. 6040
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OP TB! ~y OP PALO ALTO
APPROVING FEES FOR TRB PALO ALTO MUNICIPF. L GOLP
COURSE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.08.110 of
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, this Council has considered fees for the
City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf CourseJ
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council hereby approves the fees for the City of
Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course which are set iorth in Exhibit •A•
attached hereto and incorporated hereln by reference. The City Manager
is directed to cause implementation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution
is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act and,
therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
