RESOLUTION NO. 6028
RESOLUT!ON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CERTIFYING THE OPERATIONAL DATE OF THE RESIDENTIAL
CONSERVATION SERVICE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto has adopted a Residential Conserva-
tion Service Plan pursuant to the provisions of Section 210 of Title II
of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code Section
17052.4, thP. City is capable of performing energy audits for measures
identified in said section in accordance with the requirements of its
Residential Conservation Service Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE 1 the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that
energy audits are available to utilities customers of th~ City of Palo
AltJ within the time specified in the Residential Conservation Service
Plan of the City of Palo Alto d~veloped pursuant to the provisions of
Section 210 of Title !I of the National Enerqy Conservation Policy Act,
which audits are available for measures identified in Section 17052.4
of the California Revenue and Taxation Code.
SECTION 2. The ~ouncil of the City of Palo Alto does hereby
certify that the Residential Conserv~tion Service Plan of the City of
Palo Alto was operational as of May 1, 1982.
