• '" e ORIGINAL RESOLUTIO~· NO. 6012 RESOLU~ION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE ~ITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING DESIG~ATED P031TIONS FOtl THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED POSITIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2.09.010 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE AND ~CPEALING RESOLUT:··~~ NO. 5738 WHEREAS, ~ection 2.09.010 requires that this Council adopt a list of designated positicns and each position's required disclosure responsibilities for the Conflict of Interest Code for Designa~ed Employees; and WHEREAS, in 1979, the c; ty Council adopted Resolution No. 5738 enumerating designated positio!'l!: and disclosure responsibilities foy:- each designated position; and WHEREAS, the Council desires to include p~sitions not originally designated when Resolution No. 5738 was adopted; and WHEREAS, these additional positions require disclosure responsi- bilities for the C~nf~ict of Interest Code for designated employees; NOW, TREREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 57~8 is hereby repealad. SECTION 2. That the following positions a~e designated positions for the Cfty of Palo Alto's Conflict of Inte~est Code for Designated Employees.
