RESOLUTION NO. 5995
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
SPECIFYING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF ENGINEERING
AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL, INC.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto has considered
the recommendation of the Finance and Public Works Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. In addition to any other terms, conditions or
modif1cat1ons which the Council may impose hy motion or otherwise
on its approval of that certain •AGREEMENT BETWEEN CH2M HILL; INC.
AND THE CITY OF PALO ALTO FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES IN CON-
NECTION WITH THE CITY OF PALO ALTO COGENERATION PROJECT AT THE
REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT -JANUARY 1982•, the City
Manager is hereby required not to direct the consultant to proceed
with any phase or work beyond Phase I of the agreement without
express approval of the Council.
