PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Pe.lo Alto Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program is entering into a new three-year phase of the Federal program
(1982-83, 1983-84, and 1984-85)1 and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a new three-year CDBG Plan on
September 17, 19811 and
WHEREAS, the Plan must be re-approved at an official public hear-
ing to be submitted as part of the 1982-83 CDBG application to the
Department of Housi_,g and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was published in the
Peninsula Times-Tribune on December 18, 198i;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
to hereby re-approve the Community Development Block Grant Three-Year
Plan.
