APPROVUIG FEES FOR TBB PALO ALTO MUllICIPAL GOLP COURSE
POR FISCAL YBAR 1989-90
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section
1.08.110 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the Council has
considered fees for the City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. The Council hereby approves the fees for fiscal
year 1989-90 '"for the City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course which
are set forth in Exh~.bit •A11 attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. The City Manager is directed to cause imple-
mentation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this
resolUtlon is not a project under the California Environmental
Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment is
necessary.
