RESOLU'l'ION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR
MANAGEMENT AND C1)NFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL AND
COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS ADOPI'ED BY RESOW-
TION NO. 6728 AND AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS.
6734, 6752 AND 6762 TO ADD NINE NEW CLASSIFICA-
TIONS AND REFLECT CHANGES :rN TITLES OF EMPLOYEE
CIASSIFICATIONS
The council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
SECl'ION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 12 of
Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensa-
tion Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6728 and amended by Resolution
Nos. 6734, 6752 and 6762 hereby is amended as a result of the
adoption of the 1989-90 budget •
.s.ECTIC~. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolu-
tion No. 6728 and am.ended by Resolution Nos. 6734, 6752 and 6762
hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms
and provisions of Resolution No. 6728 and amended by Resolution
Nos. 6734, 6752 and 6762 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The council finds that this is not a project
under th.e california :&nviromaental Quality Act, and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
