RESOLUTION OF THE COlltCIL OF TH£ CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO JANE GOLDSTEIN
FOR OUTSTMDIN& PUBLIC SERVICE AS J MElltER OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Jane Goldstein has served the City of Palo Alto as a llelllbE!r
of the Architectural Review Board fro11 October J, 1985 to Septelllber l, 1988;

llHEREAS, Jane Goldstein has been an active llellber of the
Architectural Rev1ev Board by serving as Vice~Chairaan fro. October 1987 to
September 1988, by actively pat"ticipating in various subcOm1lttees. and by
serving is the Arc:httectural Review Board representative to the Planning
Comission and Vhual Arts Jury; and
llHEREAS, Jane Goldstein has unselfishly contributed her knowledge and
experience to Baard deltberat1ons and has assisted the Board in articulating
its positions on the 111ny design issues 1t considers; and
llHCR£AS, Jane Goldstein has faithfully represe~ted the interests of
all Palo Altans in guiding the development of the c0111Un1ty; and
JIHtR£AS. the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and thank Jane
Goldstein for her personal COlll1taent to the c01111Unity and interest in
arch1tKtura1 design rev1ev and for her significant personal efforts and
