RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO DON MULLEN
FOR OUTSTAHDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF TrlE HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD
WHEREAS, Don Mullen has ser~ed the City of Palo Alto as a member of
the H;stor1c Resources Board from September 2, 1986 to May 31, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Don Mullen has been an active member of the Historic
Resources Board, including serving as Secretary during his tenure on the
Board; and
WHEREAS, Don Mullen has unselfishly contributed hts knowledge and
experience in the field of owning and restoring buildings of historic inte1est
to Board deliberations, and has assisted the Board in articulating its
positiuns on historic preservatio~; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and thank Don
Mullen for his personal connitment to the community and interest in historic
preservition and for his significant personal efforts and substantial
dedication as a member of the Historic Resources Board;
NOfl, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends it sincere appreciation and
the appreciation of the CODlllUnity to Don Mullen for his faitnful and excellent
service rendered to the City.
