" •• • . ---· RESOLUTION NO. 6776 A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS CITY OF PALO ALTO University Avenue Parking District 11171 ORIGINAL 250 Universltf Avenue Parking F'roJect Assessment District The City Council {the "Council") of the City of Palo Alto (the "City"), State of California, does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. On April 10, 1989, this Council adopted Rt:!sofution No. 6768, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements; Section 2. Notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duty given and all written protests and other written communicaUons were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be heard were fully heerd; Section 3. Protest:; against said acqunutions and improvements, and/or matters related thereto, were not signed and duty filed by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the assessment cfistrlct assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitionS and improvements. Section 4.
