A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
CITY OF PALO ALTO
University Avenue Parking District

The City Council {the "Council") of the City of Palo Alto (the "City"), State of
California, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. On April 10, 1989, this Council adopted Rt:!sofution No. 6768, A
Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Acquisitions and
Improvements;
Section 2. Notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to said
proposed acquisitions and improvements was duty given and all written protests and
other written communicaUons were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring
to be heard were fully heerd;
Section 3. Protest:; against said acqunutions and improvements, and/or matters
related thereto, were not signed and duty filed by the owners of a majority or more of the
area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the
assessment cfistrlct assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitionS and
improvements.
Section 4. Said protests. and each of them, are overruled.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was duty and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the is day of May • 1989,
by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb. Fletcher, Klein. Levy, Patitucci1 Renzel, Sutorius, Woolley
NOES: Notte
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: None
