RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR BIS DBS!GNEE
TO EXECUTE AN APPLir.ATION AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
FOR FUNDING UNDER THE
STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
execute an application and related documents for matching funds
under the State-Local Transportation Demonstration Program, pro-
vided in Sect ion 2600, et. seq. of the California Streets and
Highways Code {Senate Bi 11 140, Chapter 24 of the Statutes of
1988).
