RESOLUTION 6748
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
RECOGNIZING THE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS OF
MAX BALL
WHEREAS, Max Ball has been employed by KZSU, the Stanford
Unive~sity radio station, since 1984, as anchor person for the
broadcasting of Palo Alto City Council meetings; and
WHEREAS, Max has also covered football and other community-wide
events during this period~ and
WHEREAS, Max's performance as an anchor person for five years
has contributed greatly to the successful broadcasting of Palo hl. to
events1 and
WHEREAS, Max has been of great assistance to the Palo Alto City
Council and staff in interviewing Council Members, and participating
in announcing the election night results, and other special events;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto desires to
recognize the outstanding achievements of Max Ball.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto expresses its appreciation and gratitude to Max Ball and
recognizes his outstanding work as anchor person of the City Council
meetings and wishes him continued success.
