ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING EXHIBIT A-17 AND MAP TO EXHIBIT A-
17 TO SECTION 22.08.210 OF CHAPTER 22.08 OF
TITLE 2 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE
CORRECTING THE BOUNDARIES OF RINCONADA PARK AND
ADJOINING CITY PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE JUNIOR
MUSEUM AND ZOO AND GIRL SCOUT BUILDING
The Counci I of the Ci ty of Palo Al to does ORDAIN as
SECTION 1.
22.08 of Title 2
Exhibit A-17 to Section 22.08.210 of Chapter
of the Palo Al to Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read, as follows:
"EXHIBIT A-17. RINCONADA PARK.
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of
Embarcadero Road said point being, North 70-13-00 East
462.49 feet from the intersection of the Northwesterly line
of Embarcadero Road with the Northeasterly line of
Middlefield Road as shown on that Record of Survey filed
August 19, 1998 in Book 707 at pages 14 and 15 in the Santa
Clara County Recorders Office; Thence North 19-47-00 West,
370.70 feet; Thence North 89-57-00 West, 561.15 (561.14)
feet; Thence South 38-18-00 West, 65.00 feet; Thence North
51-42-00 West, 68.00 feet; Thence North 38-18-00 East,
29.58 feet; Thence North 00-12-42 East, 180.36 feet; Thence
South 89-47-18 East, 31.71 feet; Thence North 00-12-42
East, 53.08 feet: Thence North 89-47-18 West, 31.97 feet:
Thence North 00-12-42 East, 47.41 feet to the southerly
line of Hopkins Street: Thence along said southerly line,
South 89-47-18 East, 1143.38 feet; Thence parallel with
Newell Road, South 00-03-30 West l 116.00 feet; Thence
parallel with Hopkins Street, South 89-47-18 East, 75.00

SECTION 2. The Map to Exhibit A-17 to Section 22.08.210
of Chapter 22.08 of Title 2 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read in accordance wi th the attached Map to
Exhibit A-17.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective on the
thirty-first day after the date of its adoption.
