ORDINANCE NO. 4886
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO ADDING SECTION 22.08.331 OF CHAPTER 22.08
[PARK DEDICATIONS] OF TITLE 2 OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO DEDICATE A 13.27 ACRE PARCEL
OF LAND [PARCEL 3] FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE
ARASTRADERO GATEWAY PRESERVE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22.08.331 of Chapter 22.08 of Title
2 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby added to read, as
follows:
“22.08.331 ENID PEARSON ARASTRADERO PRESERVE.
The parcel of land [Parcel 3] delineated and described
in Exhibit A-21.9 attached hereto is hereby reserved for
park, playground, recreation or conservation use, and is
hereby made a part of the Enid Pearson Arastradero Preserve."
SECTION 2. The Map to Exhibit A-21.9 to Section
22.08.331 of Chapter 22.08 of Title 2 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding a second map to read in
accordance with the attached Maps to Exhibit A-21.9.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective on the
thirty-first day after the date of its adoption.
