ORDINANCE NO. 4859
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING EXHIBIT A-17 TO SECTION 22.08.210
OF CHAPTER 22.08 OF TITLE 2 OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADJUST THE BOUNDARY OF
RINCONADA PARK
The City Council of Palo Alto DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Exhibits A-17 and A-17.1 of Section
22.08.210 are amended to read as shown in the text A-17.1 and
diagram A-17 attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the boundary
adjustment authorized by this ordinance is categorically exempt
from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act ("CEQA") under CEQA Guidelines section 15305.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective on the
thirty-first day after the date of its adoption.

That Parcel of land Situate in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of

Beginning at a point, North 70° 13' 00" East 462.49 feet from the intersection of the
Northwesterly line of Embarcadero Road with the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road
as shown on that Record of Survey which was filed for record in Book 707 pages 14 and
15 on August 19, 1998 in the Santa Clara County Recorders Office;
