AJ1ENDING ORDINANCE 2507 tJ\Ovl>TING ·A BUDGET FOR PISCAL ~. .. .
YEAR 1969~1970) TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED
POSITIONS
WHEREP.S, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 23, 1969 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1969-1970; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to increase the number of personnel
authorized by said budget in order to establish a Utilities .
Customer Service Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of ?alo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:

Office of the City Treasurer be amended to delete:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately as
provided by Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section
2.04.375(a) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
