of Santa Clara and State of California.
g. No less than 1650 parking 'spaces ·shall be provided.
Development Schedule:
a. Start of construction within 18 months of City
Council approval.
b. Completion of all construction and development.
within 3 years of start of construction.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective Upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
