pro-perty (land and improvements thereon} within the assessment dis·
tr::..ct formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3360 of Preliminary Deter
mination and.of Intt;?ntion, adopted February 27, 1961 (except publicly
owned property), a special tax in.the sum of$ .366 upon each Orie
Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof, for interest
and princ:ipal installments due on CaU.fornia Avenue District Beauti
fication Bonds of 1961.-
