The Council of the C1 ty of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: ..
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (lahd and· improvements thereon) within the assessment
distrlct formed purs'Jant to Resolution of Intention No. 3213,
adopted April 25, 1960 (exclusive of public property in use in the
perfo1111ance, of a public function) a special tax in the sum of
$ . 127 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valu-------
ation thereof, for interest and principal installments due on Bond
Plan E, California Avenue District Street Bonds of 1960.
